Economic Growth and Freedom

In our attempts to understand how economic freedom can enhance economic growth, we often come to the conclusion that there is a fundamental relationship between the two. But while economist would still deliver rather complex explanations on how it is important to understand economic theory first, before the subsequent link to economic freedom, this article suggests that on a basic level, economic freedom does promote economic growth. Academic in nature and perhaps ‘heavy' for some readers, the article nevertheless conveys a fundamental point – economic polices must always be scrutinized, even after they have taken effect
