By Dr. Gorawut Numnak Regional Manager, Friedrich Naumann Foundation Southeast and East Asia Lord Dahrendorf died at the age of 80 Lord Dahrendorf was born Ralf Gustav Dahrendorf in Hamburg, Germany, in 1929, the son of Gustav Dahrendorf, a social democrat member of the German Parliament. He settled in the UK in 1986 and adopted British nationality in 1988. He was granted a life peerage in 1993 and was created Baron Dahrendorf of Clare Market in the City of Westminster. |

FAN Training: Strategic Political Communication |

FAN Malaysia, an alumni network of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty, recently organized a replication of its Germany based training academy on Strategic Political Communication. The training, held in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday 13th June 2009, was a combined effort of Ibrahim Suffian, Dr. Zaliha Mustafa and Dr. Pimrapaat Dusadeeisariyakul.
The training aims to share the knowledge on the subject to members of the alumni group, members of FNF partner organizations and those who associate with the foundation or their partners. |
